Our teachers are still here

It will take a collective effort of everyone in our society to stem the tide of the teacher shortage that’s coming. It will be a wonder if the problem isn’t even worse after this year. Covid has us asking even more for them to be miracle workers. Please be kind to teachers and staff. The weight of the pressure and responsibility they are under now would cause many to walk away. And yet here they are, doing exactly what communities need right now. Quietly they are among our heroes and sometimes we don't even notice that.
